Project 10 is a strategy to acquire and demolish ten derelict properties in Edmonton’s core neighbourhoods and build new homes for families to purchase.
A former drug house, this was the first problem property purchased by the ECDC in May 2020. Unfortunately, due to rezoning issues, the progress of the build has been delayed for over two years. In mid-2022, the City of Edmonton approved the rezoning request, and new building plans were submitted. Skil-Tec has been contracted as the builder for this property.
