Project 10 is a strategy to acquire and demolish ten derelict properties in Edmonton’s core neighbourhoods and build new homes for families to purchase.
The ECDC purchased this vacant and derelict property in June 2021. Due to the condition of the site, Boylestreet Ventures, a junk removal company, collected and removed all the debris on the premises. Demolition occurred on July 2021. The following year, Skil-Tec was able to complete framing and drywall and is now in the finishing stages. A modern front-to-back duplex will be ready for market by the end of 2022.
