Description

Purchased in September 2020, this is the second property in ECDC’s Project 10 initiative. The property was a heap of debris when ECDC purchased it due to the aftermath of a fire. Demolition was done in October of that year, with fences installed shortly after. Due to delays with rezoning, construction activity was on standby. The city has approved the rezoning, and ECDC is exploring possibilities and partnerships with local organizations for development.
