Description
Holes on the ceilings scraped walls, and the smell of mould was prominent upon entering this derelict property in Parkdale. The ECDC took possession of the building in April 2022 and contracted Residential Solutions Inc. to remove any contaminated materials responsibly. The house has been demolished, and the ECDC is strategically planning for the development of this site.
