The first property ECDC purchased in the Eastwood neighbourhood was an abandoned property in front of a school that saw frequent criminal activity. After ECDC’s acquisition in July 2021, a fence was installed, and demolition followed. Euro Design Master Builder (EDMB) completed the construction for a four-plex and is currently on its way to market. These homes are 1089 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and are ready for a new owner.
