The ECDC has successfully reached their goal of purchasing ten problem properties with its Project 10 initiative. Acquired in April 2022, this derelict home in McCauley has been demolished and fenced up. Asbestos abatement has also been performed. The ECDC is strategically planning for the development of this site.
