The ECDC purchased this vacant and derelict property in June 2021. Due to the condition of the site, Boylestreet Ventures, a junk removal company, collected and removed all the debris on the premises. Demolition was then started on July 2021. Skil-Tec completed the build, and the modern custom-built duplex, front-to-back duplex with 1111 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, is currently available for purchase.
