In February 2021 the ECDC purchased this property in Alberta Avenue. Upon purchase, the ECDC conducted an asbestos abatement and demolished the home in June 2022. Euro Design Master Builder (EDMB) is in the final stages of constructing a new front-to-back duplex. This property will be ready for market in late fall 2023.
