Description
An abandoned and boarded-up building on Alberta Avenue was the third purchase for the ECDC in March 2021. There was a history of fire in the basement of the home. Junk removal and demolition were done in the summer of 2021.
Skil-Tec is in the process of building a front-to-back duplex. The final construction phase is nearing completion, and the property is anticipated to be ready for market by late fall 2023.
